Reservations Information
& Policies
One Bedroom Rates based upon up to 4 persons per unit max.
Two Bedroom rates based upon up to 6 persons per unit max.
Two Bedroom Loft Suites sleep up to 8 and are more
expensive than regular 2-bedroom units.
Executive Suites: Units 135 One Bedroom and Unit 170 Two Bedroom
are not included in above rates. Generally $10 - 40 more
per night.
Holiday Charges: Higher rates may apply for some holiday weekends.
*Higher weekly rates over Labor Day Weekend.
2 Night Minimum stay is generally required.
Maine Lodging Tax:
All rates subject to current (7%) Maine State Lodging tax
Accommodations include daily Housekeeping Service

deposited reservations.

- Deposit and Reservation Policies
- Deposit: A deposit of 1 night's rate, 1/4 weekly rate or 1/2 of the package must be received within 5 days of date reservation is made.
- Payments: Balance is due at check-in, and is payable either by Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or Travelers Checks. No personal checks accepted at check-in.
- Security Deposit: Misty Harbor requires a Security Deposit for incidental charges and/or possible damages/excessive clean-up. Because all units are individually owned, we strictly enforce unit inspections at check-out. You will be charged for any loss, damage or; excessive clean-up.
- Cancellation Policy: If cancelled 10 days prior to scheduled arrival, a refund will be issued minus a $20 service charge for any stay of less than a week. Cancellation of reservations of a week or more will be issued a refund minus a $100 service charge per week rented. If cancelled less than 10 days to scheduled arrival, no refund will be issued. No refunds on early departures.
- Room Requests: Specific room location requests will be honored whenever possible, but not guaranteed.
- Smoking Policy: Due to the constantly increasing demand, the resort is almost totally non-smoking. If you are a smoker, we request that you smoke outside on the decks.
- Office Hours: In Season: 8 am to 10 pm, 7 Days - Off Season: 8 am to 8 pm weekdays, 8 am to 10 pm, Friday-Saturday
- Late Arrivals: Please advise the office of late arrivals.
- Pets: Sorry, no pets
